Clear and light-straw colored with great viscosity and a lemon-lime and peach bouquet. Slightly grassy flavors with rich oaky minerals. This exceptional sipping wine finishes soft and smooth. It pairs well with cheeses and fruit as well as lighter fishes and chicken.
