2007 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Concentrated flavors of currant, fig, bittersweet cocoa and a hint of tobacco combine with rich, soft and well-developed tannins. The long enjoyable finish is laced with dark cherry, mocha, vanilla and solid earthy notes. This wine pairs well with red meats, duck, peppery lamb and pork chops and rich pastas and sauces.
