2007 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
In the style of big, bold Zins, this wine also has deep garnet color and big berry with perfect tannic and acidic balance. It has excellent structure and can be cellared for years and should only improve with age. It pairs well with red meats, lamb and pork chop and pizzas of all varieties.
